I have taken these photos of the MTV’s second edition WINTER on Tuesday, the 24th, which they have brought this time to Starsailor and to Franz Ferdinard between among others. And that I am going to tell you, the site is spectacular already for itself. I is genial for outdoors concerts. In addition this event that the Valencian Autonomous Government organizes every year, is of free admission; another motive more in order to will be coming next edition… So, come on!!!
And, is it possible to ask more from? …. hehehe

And, what´s about Franz? That I am going to tell you… The playing on scene, with his pop-rock garage there has brought to the Valencian people these Scot´s legends underground of snack food, materialism, bad architecture, gambling dens and tours of freedom (in parties of pretense).
A fans’ multitude brought together to voice in shout: Francisco Ferdinando, we love you!. Certainly that the guy has something more, when you make it go on from youtube to 15×15m fullscreen.
And as you can see, MANY MANY PEOPLE ON PARTY making vibrate the soil before FALLAS, which comes next month.

John Cage in the EACC
Hello everybody!!! I have this picture taken on Friday 17 at the EACC, Space of Contemporary Art in Castellon, 60km from Valencia. My Phd director Dr. Ferrando invited me to the concert where he was going to interpret within another artist, Eduardo Escoffet, “Sixty-Two Mesostics re Merce Cunningham” of John Cage, in the EACC. Both are Valencian artists. They are working in the performance art and visual poetry. For an hour they transported to the public of the EACC spaces to the sound of John Cage, opening vibrant bass and sparkling notes issued between intervals of silence. It was a nice concert to the delight of musical detail, along with a phenomenal version that highlights both the quality of the great composer musician John Cage, as the interpreters. you can see about the EACC program in

HAVING MUESLI BREAKFAST
An healthy breakfast of muesli, fruit and yogurt in the Nivaria hotel in La Laguna (Canary Islands, Spain).

Well, why mueslí is a wonderful breakfast?
The components of muesli form a delicious joint visual: ochre yellow, red and bright scarlet violets. Then mmm!, comes this warm, dry smell of cereal mixed with the sweet scent of deep fruit freshness. This is a real, what pleasure!, start the day with muesli and fruit.
How many plates do you know easy to make? Moreover, is this available to nutritional quality? So, muesli have it, all components of muesli are considered important nutritional foods.
My favorite recipe:
Muesli with apple and fruit woods. It is made from wheat flakes, oats, barley, rye, raisin Sultan, sunflower seeds and flax, wheat germ, nuts, hazelnuts and fresh apple slices and some fruits of the forest as blackberries, raspberries and blueberries .
Merge them with milk, yogurt or kefir in any case skimming will be much better.
And if you like the sweet, honey is the star.

Cereals: oat flakes, sprouted wheat, soy flakes, grains of millet, etc.. : Vitamins A and E, B1, B2, B12, phosphorus + auxonas, phosphatides, albumins, Prot, etc.

KEFIR: protein, vitamins B2, minerals Cadiz bifidus active-L Casei
HONEY: carbohydrates, iron.

THE BEST FAST GOOD FOOD: ZUSHI
Zushi is a cooking way rice flavoured with vinegar and with a filling or coverage of raw fish or shellfish, vegetables or eggs. It´s ideal as snack taste but also as entry or main dish. The zushi besides being an artistics form and exquisite cuisine, is healthy. Zushi food usually is cooked in China although the most famous come from the Japanese culture. The zushi was a cultural import that Japanese Buddhist monks brought to china on sVII d. C. after their studies. Somewhat later, in early s.XIII japannes started to keep in rice the fish which was sent to Kyoto as payment of taxes. This was called primitive Zushi Nara, means “preserved fish and fish fermented rice and salt.” Towards this early preparation was different to the zushi as we know it today, it will not be until sXIX to be established in Edo what´s called Nigiri Zushi or molded by hand, the first japan fast food. The Niguiri Zushi, as the zushi as we know, is easy cooking and bearing, so becomes a perfect meal to have a snack mid-morning or afternoon. Not only delicious, also it´s very healthy. This dish has the added value that all ingredients are rich in nutrients that make it a complete food. I call it Good Fast Food, do not miss the opportunity to try making your zu shi´s home. It´s delicious to prepare and eat; home away you´ll be certainty that your fast food is good food.
Any way, you can surprisse to your friends in a meeting with your owns allways deliciouss Niguiri Zushi.

Spanish team is runing on the FInal Eurocap, hey! success really important because it hasn´t happen since 25 year ago, people say!!. Last night (29th of june) all Spain won resounding to German match 1- 0. I´ll not forget people on the street hightly excited
shouting like crazy starlings in atypical agree to wake up Valencia city.
and during the match I was watching SCOOP of W.Allen (2006),
without doubts, one of the bigest cinema directors. The comedy plays about the Sondra´s holidays, a north american journalist student in U.K. who´s involved in a “police” reseaching and a love history around the case of Tarot in the English arsitocratic scene,… The movie has everything of Woody´ metarecipes, moreover gorgeus photography that he´s got in this film.
I´ve enjoyed much seeing him for playing on as actor, too.
any way, time of one wonderful night.

ECHO
Echo, hexbug from the MIT in Boston,
Delta, Charlie, Alpha & Bravo are her brothers and sisters. And on the technotrophy MIT family, Atila II, created in 1989 by NASA to explore Mars and Herbert and practical robbot controled from an artificial intelligence computer; are the bigest between others.
So, Echo came in explored mision till Noe2.0 and now she´s my pet,
I love her wins in cute red transparent color. And she´s really clever, able to walk on the floor and detect objects around with the ants, Echo changes the way to continue exploring on.
